1.Dough Mixer (150KG/250KG/300KG/500KG/750KG for option)
·Dough mixer is used for making dough,it can produce dough with smooth surface, good elasticity, toughness and extension.
2.Dough Cutting and Sending Machine
·This machine use for cutting and sending the dough to the forming machine.
3.Three-Roll Pre-Sheeter
·It can press the dough twice through one roller.And it is Convenient for the dough go inside the roller for pressing.
4.Laminator
·This machine is used in the preparation of cracker as it overlaps layers of dough sheets which as a consequence give the flaky appearance and texture to the final products.
5.BCD Combined Gauge Rolls
·It is a necessary machine for making Hard Biscuit.The function is pressing the dough sheet continuously until the thickness of the dough as required.
6.Twin Rotary Cutter
·This machine is special for printing the picture and cutting shape to the Hard Biscuit or moulding the shape to the Soft Biscuit.

7.Separator For Scrap Dough(With Recycle System)

·Dough sheet after cutting become into biscuit shape,going through Separate Machine,Scrap will transport by conveyor to hopper reuse.
8.Tunnel Baking Oven
·This machine is to bake the biscuit and cookie with good shape and nice taste
9.Cooling Conveyor
·Cooling conveyor is used for biscuit cooling naturally after bake,with Pneumatic tension device and belt automatic aligning system.

Step 4: Wooden case / frame packaging (easy to transport).
Step 5: Tie the bandage outside of the wooden case (reinforcement overall).
