1.Enter stove machine
·Oven belt Driven machine with drum diameter 900mm-1200mm.Sensor tracking system and belt tension and centering system. The scraper is used to clean up the foreign matter or oil left on the drive roller.
2.Tunnel Oven
·Tunnel oven, full 304 SUS cover, Siemens PLC touch screen control with isolate wood cotton both side 250mm, top 300mm and bottom 250mm., power 50kw. Automatic electric centering and tension adjustment device.
·There are alarm devices,when the temperature goes too high,it will be automatic alarming.
·Each Temperature Zone has viewing window,can clearly see biscuit,and also have cleaning window,can open and clean the inside oven body.
·The gap is filled with insulation material.
·This machine will be installed under the oven to make it easier to clean the strip after cooling.

3.Out stove machine with peeling machine
·The main use is to detach the cookies from the oven mesh belt to the conveyor belt.

· Mesh belt is widely used, crisp toughness biscuits and cutting cookies (standard 2) 1 is energy saving mesh belt and 2 price is not the same, the density is relatively small heat faster, can save 5% of energy consumption
·The steel strip is mainly used for extruding cookies or shortbread cookies (customization required). Because the extruded cookies are made of semi-liquid materials such as butter, the steel strip needs to be placed and deformed or dropped.
