This equipment is used for dough mixing.After the kneading, rolling and folding process, dough has a smooth surface with good elasticity, toughness and extensibility. It is suitable for both hard and soft biscuit. The mixing beaning is designed that seal is separated from the bearing to prevent the grease from contaminating the dough in case of broken seal.

This unit 3pc roller as T form, it can press the dough twice through one roller. And it convenience for the dough go inside the Roller for pressing.

This unit is used in the preparation of soda(cracker)as it overlaps layers of dough sheets which as a consequence give the flaky appearance and texture to the final products.
This series equipment is necessary machine for making hard biscuit.The function is pressing the dough sheet continuously until the thickness of the dough as required.
Rotary cutter is forming machine for hard and cracker biscuit.When dough sheet go through rotary cutter machine,it will be cut and shaped by moulds.And the scrap will be conveyed to the hopper by recycle device after separating.

Dough sheets after going through Rotary cutter and Formed into biscuit sheet, and the scrap will be conveyed to the hopper after separating.
Scrap Dough Return Conveyor
Dough sheet after cutting become into biscuit shape, going through separate machine scrap will transport by conveyor to hopper for reuse.
This unit is for spraying the salt and sugar to the biscuit sheets.Making different flavor biscuit,excessive sugar will collected by the recycle device.
This unit connected with forming machine to transport biscuit sheet to the belt of oven.
