·Suitable for mixing flour dough for soft and hard biscuit and cake production, cream mixing and etc.
·Special for hard and soft biscuit dough, Twin direction spiral mixing Steel blade.
·Horizontal dough mixer is used for making dough. After kneading, rolling and folding in the process of stirring, it can produce dough with smooth surface, good elasticity, toughness and extension. It is suitable for both toughness and crisp biscuit.
·The stirring paddle and mixing drum are made of 304# stainless steel. The U bucket is equipped with insulation function. It has the characteristics of good mixing performance, simple and convenient operation, safety and health, etc.
·The mixing shaft adopts the separation design of oil seal and bearing to avoid the contamination of the dough caused by the lubricating grease after the oil seal is damaged.
