3. Production Process

Merits :
1. The stirring rod has a dynamic and static ring blade structure, which is very easy to clean.
2. Oven modules are from 27 to 75. The standard plates size is 470×325 mm, and the maximum can reach 500×350 mm.
3. PID automatic temperature control, wafer color are uniform.


Merits :
1. The cooling machine is made of all stainless steel and is driven by an independent motor.
2. The PLC touch screen can adjust the layer and thickness of the cream. The butter bucket has a heat preservation device.
3. The cooling time of the cooling cabinet can be set between 15 and 25 minutes depending on the product. The indoor temperature is between 13-15ºC and can be adjusted to 6-10ºC.
4. Blade type high-speed cutting machine, standard cutting speed up to 10 copies, special design up to 17 copies.
